Several weeks ago, we had the opportunity to check out the new digs of The Wedding Café (TWC) and Brue Bar at Ward Warehouse. Part retail, resource center, and gathering spot, The Wedding Café is an awesome place for couples planning their wedding to explore. From décor, to florals, to venues and photographers, TWC provides visitors the opportunity to learn more about Hawaii’s event industry professionals and find a vendor that fits their needs. For those of you currently in the planning phase or have already planned an event, you know how overwhelming it can be to source and identify the right team, so it’s great to see TWC offering folks access to a variety of helpful information.
New owners of TWC, Luke and Lauren Williams, also created a space that’s bright, airy and open – the perfect environment to explore the variety of wedding resources, chat with an event industry professional, grab a delicious beverage (...or all of the above!). We particularly love the design elements that were incorporated throughout the space, including their Salt Chairs inspired by shaker-style furniture, and shelving units hand-stained with coffee for a warm and natural tone that still shows the wood grain (that’s right folks, even the wood is soaking up the caffeine).
For you coffee aficionados, definitely check out Brue’s third location—they’ve even got a pretty cool Alpha Domince steampunk setup for those searching for an awesome single-cup brew. Their baristas whip up amazing beverages with their custom-made Slayer espresso machine—needless to say it’s a beauty. We should also mention they've hooked up power-outlets within the café seating area. The essential requirement for you meeting road-warriors and laptop-carrying techies.
So the next time you’re in the area or in need of wedding resources and a spectacular cup of caffeine, drop by The Wedding Café and Brue Bar.
Congrats TWC and Brue!
